Batana Oil has been in use by the native Miskito people of Honduras for hundreds of years and they credit the oil with helping them grow their hair long and strong referring it to as the Miracle Oil. The native American Miskito people call themselves Tawira, meaning People of beautiful hair. Batana Oil has an earthy and slightly smoky aroma that leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Batana oil, extracted from the nuts of the American palm tree (Elaeis oleifera) native to Central and South America, is renowned for its nourishing properties, particularly in hair care. 

Benefits:

• Moisturization: Rich in fatty acids and vitamin E, batana oil deeply hydrates the scalp, reducing dryness and flakiness.

Usage Recommendations:

• Pre-Shampoo Treatment: Apply a small amount of batana oil to the scalp and hair, massaging gently. Leave it on for 30 minutes to overnight before washing. This method provides deep conditioning and scalp nourishment OR After washing, massage into scalp for up to 5 minutes to promote faster hair growth. Apply to ends to help with split ends.

• Leave-In Conditioner: For added moisture and frizz control, a few drops can be applied to damp hair, focusing on the ends.

Frequency of Use:

• For extremely dry or coarse hair, daily application is beneficial. For other hair types, using batana oil once or twice a week is typically sufficient.
