Fragrance Modifier enables you to take most any essential oil or fragrance oil and blend them with water while remaining clear. You can also use this product to blend EOs or FOs into you water based shampoos, lotions, soaps and linen waters.
Directions: Blend 5 parts Fragrance Modifier with 1 part fragrance oil or essential oil, mix together for one minute. You now have a modified fragrance you can add to water that will remain crystal clear or add to shampoo, body wash and conditioner. For shelf life don't forget to add preservative 1% or alcohol 20%. Sold by net weight.
INCI:-Tween-80, Polysorbate 20, Dipropylene Glycol and Propylene Glycol.
